Allow the script to run continuously, polling Sonarr every N minutes and processing new missing episodes automatically without manual invocations.

Proposed CLI: --watch or --interval N flag. Pairs naturally with AUTO_ACCEPT_CONFIDENCE for a fully hands-off setup.
